On April 4, 2026, the rocket of the moon goddess Artemis sent us a beautiful new photo of Earth while en route to the moon. The space capsule’s window is slightly reflected in the photo, but the seas and continents are clearly visible.
For years, I and some friends have been searching for the legendary sunken continent of Atlantis. It’s a strange thing; the word Atlantis holds a certain magic, enchanting you, captivating you, and refusing to let go. What kind of lost paradise is it? The esoteric community has a general understanding of Atlantis’s energy field. It’s full of crystals, oricalchum. It was fabulously wealthy, shimmering in ocean blue and filled with water. There are unknown energy sources and many spiritual masters. The late Erich von Däniken, who passed away last year, believed that extraterrestrials were behind Atlantis, and unfortunately, the Nazis also searched for it. However, Atlantis is a Greek legend recounted by the philosopher Plato. The island or continent, much like modern-day Dubai, was artificially constructed in concentric rings in the sea. Poseidon was the god of Atlantis, and Atlas his king. Poseidon or Atlas had ten sets of twins with a mortal queen, each pair inheriting and ruling an island. Apparently, there was a war with Athens, and the Greek gods flooded the land, causing it to sink. The Sumerian and Enochian traditions also tell of a great flood in which gods submerged a land. Supposedly, fallen angels or giants, who had children with human women, the Nephilim—half-angel, half-human—lived there. The women all died in childbirth because the giant angel babies were far too big for them. I always think to myself, when I’m standing in front of men who are over two meters tall, that I’d rather not have children with them. It could be fatal. Atlantis lives on in our imagination, in our dreams and memories, and we search inwardly for the lost land. AI has enabled some musicians to create beautiful images that look just like my dreams and visions of Atlantis. Most of it, however, looks like ancient Greece and Rome. Their magnificent columned structures are legendary, and the Temple of Artemis is also a lost land, mourned by the souls who lived there in their past lives and long for its return.
The Roman Empire was cruel, but its art and buildings were breathtakingly beautiful, and its gods were benevolent. The dreams of the collective unconscious about lost empires and better times flow into the Atlantis legends. Many believe we all come from the stars, as the panspermia theory is conflated with the biblical Genesis, and it is believed that Earth is a product of terraforming by extraterrestrial beings. I am more inclined to believe in the theory of evolution because all life on Earth is related, just as the skeleton of a human and a dinosaur share similarities. Perhaps not all theories are wrong, but rather all are right, because beings and souls are different, they have different origins, and therefore different histories. There are many truths, not just one. The connection to Atlantis is that the biblical flood is a similar story of an ancient apocalypse, already mentioned by Gilgamesh in Sumer. There, Atlantis was destroyed by the god Enlil, while the god Enki tried to save it, but only succeeded in motivating Utnapishtim, called Noah in the Bible, to build an ark, thus saving him and many animals. The other gods also survived on a ship, but nearly starved to death before finally finding land. Scientists have suggested that the end of the Ice Age led to this ancient climate catastrophe with glacial melt, and the meltwater flooded the land. The water is said to have engulfed the continent of Atlantis within three days. All accounts agree that evil occurred in Atlantis, a sin for which the gods punished. So, the Great Flood, for which the Elohim of the Bible flooded the entire earth to kill all humanity. We know some details from various traditions around the world. Plato’s Atlantis is said to have been larger than Libya, a kind of island continent. Some island sections were artificially created and circular, for a harbor. The Richet Structure in the Sahara is a gigantic circular rock formation that would form circular islands if flooded. Shells from a previous flood have been found there. But the location doesn’t quite match Plato’s description. The earliest maps of Atlantis showed a continent between Africa and America; you just have to rotate them correctly, and they correspond exactly to the map, or rather, the photograph taken by the Artemis 2 astronauts. The old Atlantis map from books and legends seemed like pure fantasy to me, but it also needs to be rotated so that Africa is located east of America and Atlantis, and not the other way around. The same applies to the photo from the Artemis 2 capsule. It was initially upside down, and I turned it so that north is at the top. In the fantasy map, the continent of Atlantis is visible between Africa and America, and precisely there, in the photo taken by the Artemis astronauts, a brown area can be seen instead of a deep blue sea. The sea is therefore not as deep at this point as in other parts of the Atlantic, and this aligns with the theory that the sunken continent of Atlantis could lie beneath the water here.
Erich von Däniken would say: This map was originally upside down, as it was drawn from a spaceship by aliens and therefore the view was distorted, just like in the photo of the Artemis astronauts.
