Yes, as a person with expertise from the University of Tübingen, I can say that an illness or disability only needs care if it is also one that makes life impossible and if a person is really confused and no longer understands anything or has a brain-corrosive loss of intelligence, which may be based on viruses or bacteria and therefore really makes people helpless.

Yes, the CDU has ruled for what feels like 35 years in my life, but it was probably longer.
